Mindy has extensive experience in all aspects of tax controversy and tax litigation and has handled more than 500 cases before the U.S. Tax Court. Mindy represents individuals and businesses, as well as estates and trusts, on income tax audits, collection and refund matters, appeals, fraud investigations, foreign asset reporting, partnership tax matters, estate tax and gift tax matters, bankruptcy matters, innocent spouse relief, and penalty abatement among other matters. With 15 years of experience as an IRS attorney, there are few (if any) tax controversies or tax litigation issues that Mindy can’t help you with.
